How to Get Started?

To ensure that you go through the design process smoothly, we ask that you follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Choose your design and/or service.

Take a look at our design/print services and choose the one you desire. If you do not see a service that suits your business needs, give us a call or email us to find out more about our custom design services.

Step 2: Place an Order.

Once you have chosen the design/print service of your choice take note of its service code as you will need it to fill out:

Client Order Form - We will send you an order confirmation and Deposit Invoice.

These forms must be completed, e-mailed or faxed to the VCN.

Step 3: Make your initial deposit to begin project.

Depending on the amount of the design/print service you choose, an initial deposit of 40%, 45%, 50% of the overall total is required to begin designing (your deposit amount will be shown on you invoice).

$ 50.00 - $230.00	50%
$ 231.00 - $625.00	45%
$ 626 and over	40%

Look over your Deposit Invoice , Sign and Submit it along with your initial deposit. Payments may be recieved by Check, Money Order, and Credit Card (Paypal).

You will be contacted once your deposit is received to let you know that your project has begun.

Step 4: Receive your Design Concepts and provide feedback.

Within 3-4 business days of your initial deposit, you will receive your design concepts based on the preferences submitted on your Client Order Form. Then you will decide which of the concepts is closer suited to what you would like for your final design. At this time, feel free to make comments and suggestions to go into your round of revisions.

Step 5: Receive your revised Chosen Concept and provide feedback.

Within 1-2 business days after choosing a design concept and providing feedback, we will take a look at your comments regarding the chosen design and send you the revised concept.

Step 6: Receive your finalized design & make final payment.

Once we have arrived at your final design and your remaining balance has been made. You will receive your final design piece in various industrial standard file formats.

Step 7: Print.

If you have chosen a Design & Print service then you will need to sign a print release form to begin printing. Allow 5-7 business days for print and shipping.
